On 11th of Jan 2022 Central Board of Direct Taxes extends Due Dates for Income Tax Returns filing for Audit Cases and Furnishing Audit Report for Financial Year 2020-21 as follows

  2. ITR filing for transfer Pricing extended to 15th March 22
  • Due Date Extension-Furnishing Audit Report
  1. Furnishing Audit Report as per Income Tax Act extended to 15th February 22
  2. Furnishing Audit Report for transfer pricing extended to 15th February 22
